#1 beauty supply

I've been to this beauty supply store two times and the second time I just felt unwelcome. The male worker there who could be the owner who is of course not a black individual made me feel stupid for asking a question where some of their products were. But of course they don't know much about us or our hair to help even a little bit. Overall it just feels like they are quite racist at this establishment and thats probably why they don't get much business because of the nasty attitude of the owner. Please save yourself the time and just don't shop here. There are plenty's of other beauty supply stores where you can get what you need and get good service. STAY AWAY!

If you are a black women please do yourself a favor and never enter this establishment in your life . I’ve been to this beauty supply countless of times due to the fact that they are the only store that provides the lashes I where, and almost every time I feel targeted. One time I visited the store in search of nails and lashes as I usually do and the whole time I’m searching for what I need I can hear the boss signaling his worker to watch me. If I shop here many times and never steal what makes you think that’s gonna change. Today I decided to purchase a couple things from this beauty supply because it was the closest to me, initially I wasn’t contempt with what I needed. While I’m searching through the pencils the owner asks me if I know what I’m looking for and I replied no not yet. H

I order a ton of items off of the app Wish and #1 Beauty Supply allows them to be delivered to their shop for the convenience of patrons. The shop is beautiful and large, the people who work there are ALWAYS so sweet and inviting. It's q beautiful thing when every interaction is a pleasant one! The shop has EVERYTHING you can imagine for beauty and if I spent any amount of time in there I'd leave with a million things 😅 TRUST ME, if you're looking for a beauty supply store that has everything you could need, is beautiful and clean, easy location, and a wonderful staff... look no further!!

I feel more welcome and appreciated in other stores. Instead of encouragement of discounts they pressure you to spend more money that you don't need. The owner looks mean and is. Take your business elsewhere. Your store is old looking and dusty.

This place is racist and they don't care about what they say about their customers in front of people. I only go in there when i need something simple, never hair. The prices are way too expensive, the service is crappy, the employees in there are too comfortable with the owner to the point where they don't look like employees. I'm shocked that the store has come this far! I will never go in there again and I only shop at Ali Beauty, where there is great prices, great customer services and great products.
