#1 Nails and Spa

I’ve only been here once to do a nails removal at the end of the day so it was very quiet. Decided to give this salon another try since I was in a time crunch and didn’t schedule with the usual spot. To my surprise, there’s a new Nail Tech on the team that is phenomenal. Not only is he meticulous in his work, his designs are beautiful! With exceptional customer service, Sonny is the best in Flagstaff that I’ve seen! Highly recommend booking with him. I

I absolutely love how my nails came out! Vicky did a wonderful job! ❤️ I did not feel rushed. The environment is peaceful. All I did was walk in and showed her my inspo photo. I definitely will be coming back! Thank you Vicky!

I went in to get my acrylics removed and a manicure. The only lady there was beyond rude and told me to go back where ever I got them done at and get them taken off there. She barely looked up from her phone but maybe once when I was speaking to her and then rudely turned me away. I was a bit shocked because I had gone in once before and had my gel removed from another location and had a good experience which is why I wanted to go back for a second time. Safe to say I will not be going back after being treated that way.

Sonny was my nail tech and he was so kind, personable, and he is very skilled at nails! I love my nails so much, he did exactly what I asked for and exceeded my expectations. I am #1fan of #1Nail Salon!! I am so happy with Mr Tom’s services. He was more concerned that my nails were perfect than I was!! lol Everyone was so kind and friendly and smiling. I felt so comfortable and pampered. I recently moved here from O’ahu Hawaii. I have searched for months to find a salon equal to the one I used in Hawaii. I’ve had several bad experiences in Sedona and Flagstaff with other salons BUT NOW MY SEARCH IS OVER and I will be back every month. The services I requested were eyebrow wax, manicure, acrylic nails and dip powder. Oh yeah and a rose sticker. That was my idea!! 🌹
