#1 Nails and Spa

The people here were very nice, but I will not be coming back here. My nails are so uneven, the paint isn't to the edge and the nail polish is kind of bubbled on one of them. Only thing saving my nails is this awesome color. Three stars because the people were great. Otherwise the nails are not where I would like them to be.

This is a family owned salon. I used to love going to. The mom of the shop does great work. But I got a pedicure by her daughter today. I could tell she did not want to be there working on my feet. Her attitude was just off, and she kept making faces of disgust. Yes my feet are rough but that’s your job. She did a half ass job that her mom then later fixed kind of. Needless to say after this experience I will be finding a new shop.

The people were super sweet but don’t clean their tools in between clients :( all my toes are super irritated and one even blistered.

Used to go here many years ago. Had a different owner, he was lovely. My best friend and I wanted to have a girls day and decided on pedicures, she blindly suggested here and I thought great! I don't treat myself often so this was exciting. We were walk ins who were quoted a 15 minute wait. We were told to wait inside or outside. We said we'd wait outside so we could freely chat. Came in 15 minutes later and were told to pick our colors and then motioned towards 2 pedicure stations... we were there for at least an hour if not more, feet sitting in the water pruning, I regret not leaving then. To say they did a sub par job would be a joke; rushing through, constantly stopping to answer walk ins. I had to point out basic things that would have never passed through other salons. They charge

My wife got her nails done here for a special event. She got gel on top of her natural nails. Her nails started breaking the next day, which never happens to her nails. We went back to the salon and explained what happened. They said it's her natural nail, so we paid them to fix 2 nails. A couple days later, 2 more of her nails started cracking. We went back again, saying how can so many nails be cracking. They refused to help whatsoever. They have no customer service here. They use cheap products (my wife's nails have never cracked before) and they cheap out again by using very little product. They fooled us once, never again.
