1 Spa & Nail

I have been a loyal customer for quite some time, but my last few visits have been disappointing. The quality of service has declined, and it feels like the staff is bothered when you ask for specific requests. During my most recent visit, I asked for a coffin shape and received a short, square shape instead. The overall execution of the nails was not what I expected, and the expertise just isn’t what it used to be. I’ve spent a lot of money at this salon, but I no longer feel valued as a customer. If I’m paying for a service, I expect to be listened to and appreciated—not treated like an inconvenience. My pedicure was horrible as well. Still rough skin and the polish is so thick and uneven. Unfortunately, I will not be returning and will be taking my business elsewhere.

I started coming here about 2 years ago and I have always had great service. I hardly ever encounter a wait whether it is for a mani or a pedi. They always service you fast and give me exactly what I ask for!

I have been going here for a year. Today i went in and got my nails done and they were absolutely terrible. There are some new nail techs and they have no idea how to do nail art. The set i had before was also terrible so i went in today to give them another chance because i like how not crowded it is. guess i should take that as a sign. The lines are all jagged and you can’t even see all the little brush marks from the picture. There is also air bubbles everywhere that were left behind.

First time getting a dip. I was super stressed out when I got there and the staff was friendly and helped me pick something great for an event I was going to. I loved the result and the manicure never chipped even once and I work with my hands frequently. After 3 weeks I removed them but I was still getting compliments like they were fresh. My sister in law loves this place and I have to say I’ll definitely go back if I need another special occasion set or a “treat yo’ self” day! It was way cheaper than I expected for this kind of quality.

Nails were really crooked Which couldn’t be fixed because she cut them really short. Not painted to the critical. Kind of the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. I’m going to basically have to repaint them. Also, I couldn’t understand what they were saying, made some extremely angry racist comments and body language about another person that walked in. It really seems like they hated doing nails. I really don’t think spa should be in the title.
