I always have a great experience with Jane! I've had a variety of services done over 2-3 years from haircuts to perms and I'm consistently pleased with how my hair turns out. I'm usually very particular but Jane was patient and collaborative and gave me a haircut like I've never had! She gave my hair layers a few months ago and they've grown out beautifully. It's still so fresh while having volume and movement. She's so talented, skilled, passionate, and charming. The salon is very casual and comfortable. A real bang for your buck. I'll always look forward to coming here to see Jane!

Today, I went to see Anna to get my haircut and as always she was very patient and meticulous in cutting my hair. She is very experienced and after describing the hairstyle I wanted, she immediately got to work. I've been going to Anna for a little over 10 years and she is the most experienced hair stylist in Pell st. Even though the store could get a little busy, Anna always work fast. I highly recommend Anna for your next visit!

$45 for wash and cut is such a good deal, but you get what you pay for. Wash: arrived 10 min early, wash took 10 min. water splatters on your face. People say the shampoo feels really good here but it felt normal, I didn’t get a massage type of wash. I actually really didn’t like how the person’s nails were scratching my head really hard. I came in speaking English, and they spoke English back. Idk why all of a sudden they were speaking to me in Chinese. They didn’t even ask, they just looked at me confused when I wasn’t replying to them because I thought they were talking to each other, not me. I had to say I don’t speak Chinese (I am not Chinese). Blow dry: after cutting off a bit for the length, he blow dried my hair, used a round brush to blow it out. It looked a bit puffy at this p

Amazing !!! Im so happy with my hair 😊 cut and highlights for a little less than 200 which is crazy good for manhattan . The salon was soo nice the employees were very attentive and knowledgeable . My hair stylist jane was such a pleasure to speak with ! She recommended colors that would match my skin and slightly altered my reference photos to match my face shape . One of my least favorite things about getting my hair done is getting it washed because my neck hurts after craning my neck for so long but their chairs were more flat so u were practically laying down . Was such a nice surprise because i’ve only seen these chairs in korea ! They also did a quick treatment when washing my hair because of the bleach .
