I love this place. I see Karen for pedicures , waxing and gel nails. My mom and sister see Joy for pedicures and SNS. At this point , getting my nails done anywhere else feels like a waste of time and money. The massage chairs are great. The owner, Helen, keeps in touch with me to make sure I don't miss an appointment. I've never had my nails done by Yolanda, but I've booked her for massages. Her massages are amazing and you can book your appointment for however many minutes you want. But the best part is that she figures out what's bothering you and works on whatever you want, unlike places like massage envy where maybe they focus a little more on the area that's bothering you, but they're still going to spend half of your 50 minutes going through their massage routine. It’s written on the outside of the building that appointments and walk-ins are welcomed, but it’s now 2:58 in the afternoon, on a Thursday, and the door is locked. A woman comes to the door with an unwelcoming look on her face and says they are going by appointments only turning me around, even though there is only one car outside. This translates to me as: I can see you coming and discriminate, choosing who I allow in or not, thinking that I won’t receive backlash from it. No, I won’t ever schedule an appointment, nor will I ever come back or advise anyone else to try this place.

This place is not customer service etiquette at all. They charged my daughter 14 dlrs for polish only of toes and nails and persistently made the color glitter only. My daughter didn't want only glitter in fact she didn't want that at all. She want 1 color only for her nails and toes. My daughter don't get fake nails. She only wants polish and to make her choose glitter is wrong. My daughter said she wasn't going to say anything because she said and I quote. " momma you always told me to respect grown ups and br respectful with not talking back. Today was my first time visiting this location and my experience was great. The atmosphere is calming and environment clean. The staff and owner are customer oriented, very kind. My nails were done in a timely manner and not rushed. I really like this place.
