2000 Nail Studio

-1 star. Horrible customer services. Went in today and I guess they didn’t understand you can translate any language into the english language. They verbal attack customers without them knowing. They commented on several people during my appointment made statements that people feet were unkept that was untrue. The oldest lady in there is the gossip queen. During the service the nail tech foot was almost in a customers water while her feet were getting serviced. Horrible experience. I wouldn’t bring my pet dog in to get his paws clipped. So, I was looking for what could be my go to pedicure spot for whenever I am back home and I must say, I think I found it, all thanks Kathy! I came here one random afternoon and got the pleasure to experience Kathy's work as my nail tech. Kathy defintely makes you feel that you are the only customer. She took her time, was precise, neat, and paid attention to all the details. She also ensured that my experience was an experience of comfort. I ended up just getting a deluxe pedicure here, which was $31. Whenever I am in Houston again and in need of a pedi, 2000 Nails Studio with Kathy, will definitely be my first stop!

This was my first time ever going to this nail salon and I am extremely happy with the results of my set. Tim took care of shaping/undercoat on my nails. Mimi did an amazing job on the art work of my set, both are very talented in their work. I will definitely be returning.

Today, I decided to give them another chance—and I am so glad I did! Kim did my nails this time, and she was absolutely amazing. I’m very particular about my shellac nails: I don’t like a bump or curve, I like them as close to my natural nail and color as possible. Kim listened so patiently, took her time, and delivered exactly what I wanted. The result was so neat and beautiful that I literally wanted to hug her (or kiss her face if it wasn’t for hygiene!). She was such a sweetheart, calm and attentive the whole time. The service was also quick—no long waiting around—and the price was unbeatable. They charged me $35, which is

So the first time we cane here my daughter didn't have the pleasure of getting Tim to do her nails. However we came back, out of convenience, and this time she did. Both times he was able to copy a photo of what mydaughter wanted with this most recent visit (white nail) being our favorite so far, EVER! We have been searching for a long time for a nail tech we can rely on and we've finally found him! We'll definitely be coming back here! Came back 11/9 and once again Tim did work! My girls love their nails. They showed him a picture and he replicated. Definitely recommend!!
