2001 Nails of Woodbury

I have been getting my nails done for several years now. Never had. I had a worse service in my life. Not to mention that Benjamin‘s bedside manner was less than to be desired. He was rough did not like to take any kind of criticism. I asked for stiletto shaped nails, which is what I always get, and he would not make them pointy enough kept complaining about it painted my nails, the wrong color not to mention that they are lumpy, and the lines are uneven. He did not bother to clean under my nails after he did the work and now it feels like I have chunks of gravel under them. Then insisted on charging me full price, even though he knew I was not happy and that they had made several mistakes and then decided to raise his voice at me and get louder and louder and keep telling me that it was a

Wow. I just moved from California. Place was nicer than any place I’ve ever been to. Been to three other nail salons in Woodbury & 2001 Nails is #1 on the list. You can’t beat their prices (most basic pedicure is $43 with $15 gel… anll places I’ve been to charge more.) and quality. Kim did my pedicure and was able to make them super smooth. I really didn’t want to rate this place because I don’t want more people coming here but I really want this place to have the recognition they deserve!

Wonderful work and wonderful overall experience. Ashley was really in-tune with what worked best and did a fantastic job. I stand extremely pleased with the result. Also, it’s an esthetically pleasing, peaceful space, with really nice new chairs.

This staff here are super kind and very professional. The facility is very clean and the services are excellent. My manicure was top notch.

I rarely treat myself to a manicure. This was a good experience. It was friendly and pretty quick. They did a good job. Nice clean environment. If you wish to tip, they only accept cash or Venmo for tips only. So remember that when you go.
