Isabelle from Headlines has moved here!!! I have been seeing her for two years and I’m a blonde that keeps it light. She has accomplished me being a beautiful blonde and I’m a harder blondie. Naomi has an eye for color and I trust her completely, whether I'm keeping my color the same or changing the highlights up a bit. Every visit to her salon is a relaxing delight, and the location is very convenient for me.
