UPDATE: I spoke to the store manager briefly who said she would be getting back to me to determine how this experience could be resolved. Multiple weeks later, and I haven’t heard from her. I ended up going to Bella Nail Salon by the Everett Mall and had a great experience with Jenny! Overpriced and EXTREMELY disappointing. On the way to my 5 pm appointment—just 24 minutes before it was supposed to start—I received a text saying they were pushing it back to 6 pm. I was already driving, so I tried to call. Their response? A text saying they “can’t talk.” The business phone number listed doesn’t work—everything is done through online booking only. I needed to get nails done last minute for a wedding this weekend. Was able to schedule an appt same day easily online. When I needed a schedule change, it was almost immediate response via text. Shoutout to my nail technician, Quyen, for such an awesome job on my gel mani, as well as Chau for my pedi. I had a lovely time. Thank you ladies!

Shade Nails Salon honestly feels like a hidden gem. From the second you walk in, the vibe is warm, welcoming, and calm. It genuinely feels more like being in someone’s home than a typical nail salon. No chaos, no rushing, no pressure. Just good energy and people who actually care about what they do. What I appreciate most is that the service is never rushed. They take their time, listen to exactly what you want, and make sure you’re happy every step of the way. You’re not being pushed in and out of the chair, and that alone makes the experience feel worth it. It’s thoughtful, personalized, and consistent. Sandra and Tati are truly the heart of this place. They’re the superstars for a reason. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine care for their clients really stand out.

Update I found a new nail salon go to Ivy nails in Lynnwood! It’s amazing ! 22 shades- I typically like this nail salon but unfortunately I got gel extensions and since day 3 it’s been a pain. One fell off on the third day and a few other nails seem to have massive bubbles underneath that are getting dirt in them and small hairs. I regret not doing acrylics. They seem great if done properly but unfortunately mine haven’t been good. Update- Multiple nails had green fungus growing under them. I removed the thumb nail carefully, and under it sure enough was green fungus. From there I decided to remove all the nails with air bubbles. Every single one had fungus. I will not be returning after this. 80 dollars to have nails for 1 week….

I’ve been looking for a long time for a salon that can do the extra nails my heart always wants. I finally found it here! My nails last a month and are always flawless. Weeks after having them done, the stones are still attached and the grow out is barely apparent. No more thick uneven nails. Highly HIGHLY recommend! Pictures don’t do them justice!
