Customer Reviews
Pink Blossom has been the only nail salon in the city that I go to for pedicures and manicures for years. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming. Kevin and Tiffany both are so good at what they do - they always take time to make sure that the nails are prepped perfectly and the color/style meet my expectation. I started with simple color gels and by now I’ve done cat eye, chrome and extension. I highly recommend this place to everyone and I definitely will continue coming here :)
Asked for very square hard gel mani, somehow it got misinterpreted as duckbill shaped nails (even though I showed her the example picture posted below), Application was horrendous, about 4 layers of the hard gel, tips that were added are crooked. I should've left once I first saw them during the application stage, but they had a different tech take over and while I appreciate the effort of trying to fix my nails, the end result is still not what I asked for. Wasted 3 hours in this salon and left with the final product shown and sore cuticles from all the filing done to try to fix my nails. Paid 100+ and will be getting these taken off as soon as my cuticles are healed.
They rushed from the start. Cuticles were not prepped, builder gel application was sloppy, gel residue left on my fingers (1st pic), thumb in the second pic was just TERRIBLE. No apex was created on my nails. They would file and paint over lint and dust. They were rushing so much, asking them to fix anything was impossible. Would not recommend for the price point. They only prioritize regulars.
The nail technician rushed through my session because he had another client scheduled. One of my nails ended up crooked, noticeably pointing to the right. When I politely pointed it out, instead of acknowledging it, he insisted that my nail bed naturally points to the right and implied it was my fault. I’ve never heard that before, and it felt more about protecting his ego than correcting the mistake. On top of that, my nails were not smooth and had visible bumps. The overall quality was rushed and poorly done. I’m really disappointed.
I've been coming to Pink Blossom for years and have always had a fantastic experience with the warm and friendly staff, but I finally decided to try cat eye nails with a design for the first time - and as always Tiffany went above and beyond!! So excited to find new designs to try in the future!
