Love 24k! Easy appointments, welcoming staff, and talented employees! Tricia is my hair stylist and she's amazing. I've gotten highlights, red, burgundy, purple, back to brown- each time I walk out looking and feeling my best. I couldn't recommend this hair salon enough. You couldn't go wrong with any of the hairstylists, they all do amazing work!

Trish was my hairstylist for over two years when I was living in Syracuse and she has been cutting a lot of my families hair since I was little! Now that she has her own business (which is where I went for the two years) she always made me feel super comfortable and listened to exactly what I wanted and always made sure I left happy. Her business is clean, bright, and comfortable and her other stylists are always friendly as well! Trish is great at doing both natural and fun bright things too! I highly recommend 24K! Note* these photos are from two different times which is why they’re slightly different! We experiments with the shade I wanted!

Great experience! Cass was my stylist and I am very happy with the results. She discussed my desired look and goals for my hair. I had a lot of breakage and split ends. Cass did layering that helped to integrate the breakage and blend it. The back of my hair had a section that was maybe 6” and looked like my daughter took scissors to my hair. It actually blends in now and looks so much better! I plan to come back to Cass for regular trims and to keep getting my hair healthy! I’m also going to be bringing my son (7) for a haircut and my daughter (3) for her first haircut!

I had a great experience with my hairstylist, Traci — she was kind, professional, and very thorough with my haircut. I appreciated her attention to detail and the care she took during my appointment. Unfortunately, my mom had a very different experience during her walk-in. She asked for long layers, but the other stylist who worked on her (I don’t know her name) seemed completely uninterested and unprofessional — she spent most of the time on her phone and rushed through the haircut in under five minutes. The result was a choppy, uneven cut that left my mom very upset. It was clear that this stylist lacked both skill and courtesy. This place may have some great stylists like Traci, but I strongly recommend doing your research and asking for someone reputable before booking. You don’t wan

I want to tell you, I am so blown away by the hairstyle I got this morning! Cass is such a lovely person and she made sure I was comfortable the whole time. My hair was such a disaster before, and she turned up my confidence! Would recommend all the way up to ten stars, more than 5!
