From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and relaxed. The salon was clean, stylish, and had a calming atmosphere. My nail technician was super friendly and paid close attention to detail. I got a gel manicure and chrome French tips—and they came out looking amazing!

I am blown away… I have visited this location multiple times and always been greeted nicely and had great experience. Today, I walked in. Two technicians and they each had a client. I said I need a fill/nail replacement- she said we can’t get to you- you don’t have an appointment (mind you she didn’t ask if I did, just assumed)- I said, can I come back or make an appointment- she didn’t say, sure let’s see- and perhaps state if they were booked today, nope- we can’t take you at all, she replied. The professionalism was not non existent and it was just plain rude. I was given a “frequent” visitor card the last time I visited- (had multiple services, always pay cash and tip generously, I bring my daughter as well)- unfortunately this will be my last- many other businesses that appreciate cus

I am leaving this place a bad review because after paying $120 dollars for two manicures using dip powder with tips I still did not leave happy. I asked for coffin nails and all of my nails were different shapes. Both me and my friend have huge dips in our nails and when I asked the nail tech who I assumed was the manager or owner he told me it was because of my uneven nail beds which is insulting. I am a licensed cosmetologist and I know for a fact that if my nail beds were prepared properly then there wouldn’t have been a problem. I was also charged $10 more than my friend when we have the exact same nail styles and used the same amount of colors using the same products.

Sharon and Karen are the absolute BEST! They do an impeccable job with the nails but also are incredibly sweet and do their best to service everyone that comes in the door. No frills, but have been going to this place for years and would recommend it to all. Because they are so good they are often busy. If you are on a strict or tight schedule make sure to let them know and they’ll make sure you come at the right time for no wait.
