I had a great experience at 360 Braids, and I can’t say enough good things about my stylist, Ibrahim. From start to finish, the service was professional, thoughtful, and thorough. Ibrahim is extremely detailed in his work and very attentive to my needs. I have a sensitive scalp, especially when it comes to hair products, and he was very mindful of that. He uses minimal product, which I truly appreciated, and still delivered an excellent final result. What stood out most was how well he explained the entire process—from beginning to end—so I always knew what to expect. He also took the time to offer aftercare tips to help maintain the style, which shows genuine care for his clients beyond the appointment. Booking was incredibly easy, and I really liked the communication through Instagram.

Love getting my hair braided here so much!! They always have a positive attitude which makes you want to continue coming back. They get done with your hair in a timely manner and it will always come out perfect. 😍 easy to communicate with and will always resolve conflict. Best braiding salon I ever been to!! worth every dime 😆!!

Really enjoyed the service my daughters were given today @360Braids!!! Ms.Nailah did an amazinggggg job! I was nervous of course because of our first time at this shop. Absolutely amazed and happy with the outcome. My girls lovvveeee their hair. && not to mention the owner assisting us with making sure we got in our uber safely on this late night. Absolutely amazing service! Beautiful shop and everyone so polite. Thank you all again! Will be back every time our hair is needed to be braided! Highly recommend this shop!

i was recommended 360 braids by a family member and i’ve have been twice and loved my hair each time. they were very welcoming and timely. they do quality work that holds up for long periods.

I had a disappointing experience at this salon. The manager, Ibrahim, came across as very condescending and unprofessional. The prices are also way too high for the level of service provided. Fola did my other daughter’s hair and was 15 minutes late. Overall, the experience didn’t feel worth the money, and I won’t be returning.
