They offer facials, brow services, dermal fillers, and injectables, and each experience has been exceptional. The nurse injectors, Paris and Jessica, are incredibly knowledgeable and take the time to thoroughly educate you — especially if you’re new to injections. They walk you through every aspect of the procedure so you feel informed, comfortable, and confident. Brennae is amazing with brows, and Michelle gives the most relaxing, results-driven facials. The entire staff is warm, welcoming, and genuinely makes you feel like family every time you walk in. This was my first teeth whitening experience, so I didn’t know exactly what to expect. The process itself was somewhat uncomfortable (having the plastic pieces in your mouth and sitting under the UV light while drooling), but that part I understood as normal for the procedure. What I did not find acceptable was being left unattended for longer than the esthetician had stated. (You are left unattended for an X amount of time under the UV light; however, upon checking my phone, it had been past the recommended time.) Toward the end, my teeth began to hurt and feel sensitive. The UV light had already turned off, yet she did not come back to check on me. I recently had PDO threads done with Jessica and I’m amazed by the results! My face looks noticeably smoother, more lifted, and radiant, it’s given me such a refreshed look without feeling overdone. Jessica is absolutely incredible. If you’re new to PDO threads or even just curious, I highly recommend her. She’s not only professional and skilled but also so sweet and patient. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made me feel completely at ease throughout the process. So happy I trusted her with my face, I’ll definitely be back!

I have been going to this spa for over a year now. Rachael and Paris have been amazing. My last visit was with Jessica and I was not disappointed. She spent time answering questions about different options and was very professional yet warm and engaging. Jessica did the PDO threads yesterday and I can already see a difference. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure, which also included botox and lip filler. Thanks Jessica!!!!! You are definitely an asset to the Medspa team. And Savannah was sweet as always.

Jessica has great attention to detail, and I coukd tell that she really strives to meet her clients desire - she also kept a realistic POV and gave me her visual perspective (which I prefer from an injector) and discussed what outcome I wanted, as well as what was realistic. She took the time to really map out where the best placements were and checked in with me along the way. If you get filler, you have to understand that some requests aren't always realistic or what's needed. It's good to have injectors like the lady's at this 360MS (I've also gone to Rachel) who keep it real with you. I drive an hour from inside the city just to see the injectors at this spa. Definitely worth it.
