Horrible management, spray tan booth does not work! I've been tanning for the last 30 years. I went to 360 Tan for the Novell spray tan, I immediately noticed the machine was not spraying out as it should. I walked out and then called the girl working to advise I really didn't feel like the machine worked. She let me know they just had fixed the machine and to go-ahead and wait 24 hours, so I did. I had zero tan. I was as white as when I came into the salon. I spoke to the manager, I advised I didn't even want my moneyback, just a chance to come back in and see if the machine would work the second time. She refused. So I paid for a service I Did Not Get!!! Do not go here you will be sorry! I can't believe how rude management was and how they refused to let me receive what I paid for. Unbe

Very disappointed in their customer service. I used to recommend 360 to all my cheer friends but last week one of the cheerleaders in our group went in for a spray tan (something she's done for years now) and was sprayed with an empty bottle. She knew right away that it did not work. She let the girl at the desk know but was immediately dismissed. She woke up the next day with no color at all. (She has very pale skin to begin with so it's easy to tell) They refused to let her tan again, and insisted it was her skin tone that didn't take the color. Not only could 360 not fathom that their employee could have made a mistake and let her tan with an already empty bottle, but when they asked to speak to the manager, she couldn't even return their call. I'm embarrassed I recommend this establish

Bought a spray tan. I asked if there was any restrictions was told No. Went in the other day and was told it expired and the girl who sold it to me is no longer employed there. Abby the new girl was very sympathetic and friendly she said she would have the owner call me. Have yet to get a callback.
