Got my eyebrows microbladed there, and the lady made them extremely dark and uneven. To where it looks like I got them literally tattooed at a tattoo parlor. The left one is shaped completely different than the right. When I sent the tech a photo the next day to say they were crooked, I was told give it some time and it'll look better when healed. Offered no solution. Apparent she did not care. Well, it's been a few years and they've definitely healed, and look worse now than they did before I got them done. I still have to buy eyebrow pencils and fill in my brows because they look uneven and faded if I don't. Was not worth the almost $400 I spent there.

I paid 350$ just for her to tell me it would be 75$, for my follow up appointment. She never even scheduled a follow up appointment with me. Even her receptionist asked me as I checked out if I had my follow up appointment scheduled, which I did not! I was only advised to call after my 6 week healing period.I did that, I called, I spoke with Traci. That’s when she let me know it would be a 75$ fee for my follow up . Even with me in accordance with the 6 week time period. Hopefully she doesn’t continue that with follow customers. I do NOT HAVE A SKIN CONDITION The brows are not TERRIBLE they just are not what they should be for 350$ At least do the correc

This place is amazing! The two ladies were super welcoming and they had music playing in the background which is a huge plus! The process of the lashes was super relaxing! The lashes I got were above my expectations because the tech asked me all kinds of questions and really tailored to my wants! So excited to go back! Highly recommend!!!

I felt so comfortable, and my lashes look amazing! Definitely a huge confident boost! She’s so sweet and funny. I found my new place for any touch up to my face. ❤️
