4 Seasons Nails & Spa Taunton

Me and my mother visited there today, and she got a gel pedicure and a basic gel manicure. Both which came out beautiful! BUT I got a full acrylic set w/ gel polish, and let me just say I wanted to cry. We got there around 12:15pm. My mom was seated for her pedi immediately, but I had to wait 30 minutes for the tech to finish with her client. (No problem). I got in the chair around 12:45… I showed her a picture of what I wanted and asked if it was a problem and she assured me she could do it. Below you will see the google photo of what I showed her, vs. what I recieved.. I didn’t leave until 2:50pm.. ( I had work at 3) which is why I didn’t even tell them to fix it bc I was in a rush bc it took too long.

All the nail techs Lena, Mayle, Kevin are great! I like the fact that Lena takes her time when she's doing my nail dip/designs. Lena had did the nail tip and dip color about a month ago, so well that my nails grew back and did not break when she had taken them off. The pic is from the second time (My natural nails) with dip powder. 2nd pic is my aunt nails. 3rd pic another recent mani done by Lena! This time I chose to have a gel manicure. Nails are my natural nails. Which Lena has maintained very well (you see how long they are?!

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had. I came in with my daughter we each wanted a full set. They immediately took her and told me it would be a few mins. There were 3 people working two were just talking. Not a big deal I can wait. After 35 mins of them laughing watching a tv show and going out back the woman doing my daughters nails tell me she'll take me in 10 mins. It's not been 45 mins and you just now decided to a knowledge me? After i politely waited. Then she got angry because I said I'd wait I didn't have time to stay another hour. They took another person who walked in a few mins later and a woman from out back came and took her. The woman doing my daughters nails proceeded to tell the other costumer that asked if I was waiting no she's not getting a full set she's impati

This is the second time I go there, both experiences have been so weird and unsatisfactory. Today I went to get my nails done and I feel like they are not organized with appointments, the first time I went they make me wait 1 our because she was in the way, they speak in their language and I couldn’t understand but you can tell they were arguing with each other and I thought it was just one day thing, maybe it was to much going on that day I don’t know…. But today was same I spend almost 4 ours there for acrylics and pedicure, and they just couldn’t stop arguing so the lady that did my nails was very distracted, and of course that’s why also it takes longer then what I should be. At the end when I’m going to pay both times I give $15 tip and she’s not happy with it, you can tell!!! Also t
