Awesome groupon deal, super quick appointment scheduling and hands down the best massage I have ever had. Calming, soothing, exactly what I asked for and super attentive to my body and needs throughout the entire massage. Very impressed and highly recommend. Will definitely be back!
Do Not go to this place . She demands tips mind you I tip well when service is good. She overcharged a 30 minute massage from her false ad she did not honor Regardless of tip Latissa has an attitude that doesn’t match her comp name . This is her ad on Groupon . “Tip Therapist Based On Not Member Session Pricing. We do not price match.”
Excellent massage and overall experience. I know everyone has there own experience but I called 1 time, left a message and was called back that same day. Amazing. Highly recommend.
Amanda, I understand the frustration of not being able to schedule your massage online, as I had that issue as well. However, I left a message on Larissa’s chat and she immediately called me the very next morning to get me on the schedule just as promised through the chat bot. I truly hope that you update your review after your friend gets her massage, as I do not feel as though giving this business a bad review due to scheduling issues should reflect so negatively. I urge you to please write another review once your friend has her massage.
I am typically not the person to leave a negative review however, I would like to say I am truly disappointed in my experience with this business. Back in December of 2024 I purchased a spa gift card on the website costing 135 dollars as a gift for my friend’s birthday. My friend has attempted to book a session since January of this year (going on 4 months) and she has been unable to do so. We have attempted to do book on the website but there is never anything available even a month in advance. My friend and I have attempted to call via phone multiple times, NO RESPONSE. There was one time my friend was able to reach her a while back through text and there was no type of accommodation whatsoever. My friend told her if she has any cancellations to let her know and still no response. It ap
