I don’t typically leave bad reviews because I understand people have bad or off days and I try to spread positivity (which is why I didn’t do 1 star) but this salon left me so frustrated. I just moved to Altamonte from Lake Mary and I get my nails done every 2 weeks like clockwork/ I have a lady in lake mary that I always trusted with my nails and we were doing gel x (I really don’t know much about all the different types of nail options but the gel x seems to work for me) I went to this salon as it’s around the corner from my house and I wanted to get a Gel X fill l? and a gel pedicure. I walk in and the lady asked me what I want and I asked “do you do gel x fill?” And she looked at me and goes no. And went right back to doing the girls nails that she was with. I had a wonderful experience at 436 Nails earlier this month. I was greeted upon arrival and the pedicure chair was ready for my appointment. For my pedicure, I changed my polish color at the last minute from the chosen blue and requested white. The nail tech pulled the most optic white polish color and it was perfect! When i inquired about a summer color french manicure, the staff was extremely transparent about the cost (more for multi-color). I went with the soft blush base color and hot pink french tips. I was super happy with the finished look. Overall, the salon is clean, experienced nail techs, personable owners and reasonably priced. I will definitely return.
