I’ve been coming to Ideal Image (now 4Ever Young Med Spa & Wellness Center) in Kendall for years now and have always had a great experience! As a black woman, I did a lot of research on laser treatments for more melanated skin and felt so comforted and assured from the initial consultation. The staff is always so kind and friendly, but I want to shout out Laurelle for her exceptional customer service and positive attitude 😊 I am so happy to be a lifetime customer here.

My experience so far has been great. I’m almost halfway done through my treatment and I’m so far seeing great results. Every employee is very nice and very accommodating. I had tried a bunch of other places for getting laser hair removal done and nothing seemed to be working. This is the first place to show me real results.

I had my initial laser hair removal session about a year and a half ago, and I recently returned for a touch-up. Each visit has been wonderful—the staff are professional and welcoming, and the results have been fantastic. The treatment is effective and relatively painless, and I always feel comfortable during my appointments. Highly recommend this place for anyone considering laser hair removal!

I’m halfway through my laser treatment and it’s the best investment! I’m very happy with my results and love Ideal Image. They are always on time and the rooms are spotless. The machine does hurt a little bit so I’m very thankful for Susej and her patience through the process. She’s extremely professional, does everything possible to distract me, and makes the whole experience feel like a spa treatment.
