Such a great beauty store They carry a wide range of products including quality makeup, pretty wigs, and cute jewelry that lasts. The selection is always on point and the staff is friendly and easy to talk to. I always end up leaving with something new.

I had a really disappointing experience at this beauty supply store. I came in looking for a drawstring ponytail and asked for help, but the employee simply said, “I don’t know any ponytails,” and then told me to hurry up because they were about to close. There was no effort to assist or provide any kind of customer service. Eventually, I found a ponytail that looked workable based on the picture on the package, but since they have a strict no-refund policy, I wanted to feel the texture before buying. I was told two different things by two different people—one said I could exchange it if needed, and then at the register, I was told that once it’s opened, there are no exchanges at all. The lack of consistency and professionalism was frustrating. The overall experience was chaotic and unpl

went in to exchange hicolor because the developer was the only thing in the box not the color pack & the people “helping” in there were very rude for no reason. The product turned my hair green ish won’t be returning at all.

Probably the worst beauty supply store experience I’ve ever had looking for clip in extensions— the owners don’t respect the shoppers , it’s very clear- let’s stop supporting this location. Also- I like to take my time and look at the hair products but now you need the salesperson at the counter to do so, and they’re usually not knowledgeable or helpful. Finally, SHOPPERS- stop stealing, you’re ruining the experience of shopping for everyone else. Won’t come here again personally because the experience of shopping is uncomfortable given the dynamic of how they’ve set up the products

When I came here, I was so grateful to find this place as I was looking all over for this specific brand of bundles for a quickweave. I searched high and low and they came thru with having the most extensive collection of bundles, supplies, inventory, all of that.
