Bad attitudes. They don't let you pick your own designs and colors. The eyebrow lady ruined my eye brows. She doesn't know how to do an arch will only go straight across. I had to wait until they grew back to let someone do them somewhere else. Their products are old and expired they will cause you to get fungus.

Tried to get my lashes done. I asked if she had any reference photos so I can understand what her work looks like because she didn't understand when I asked if she used clumps or strips for her work. I pulled up my own photos so she can better understand my requests but she was so so rude. Definitely do not go there. No customer service at all. Glad I didn't spend anything there. I don't typically wish this on businesses, but I really hope this one closes soon. They actually do not deserve to have good paying clients with the attitude they have.

I have been going to this salon for over a year now and never had a problem until now. When I walked in I told them I wanted a pedicure for myself and a fill in and nail cut for my daughter( her nails weren’t that long but too longer for her age). The lady who does the eyelashes and eyebrows and the guy at table 9. Were saying that it’ll be better for her to get a full set instead. I kept saying no and the lady was like, well we know what’s best. I told her that it’s not about that, I don’t want to pay for a full set and she already has a set on. She then says ok well he’ll only charge for the price of the fill instead of the full set. I’m like ok and I asked her again because I wanted to make sure and she was like yeah he’s only charging for the fill instead of the full set. My daughter g

They was mad at me because I wanted to pay half price for my nails I didn’t like them and I went back to get my lashes done she was talking about my forehead and thought I didn’t know don’t recommend
