50 Shades Nail

I’ve come here consistently for a few months and it’s been a great experience all the time. I see Phoebe for gel X/hard gel, and she’s quick and precise. I also really trust her opinion when it comes to color choice. I go every two weeks because my nails grow fast and I can’t stand seeing the growth, but I could totally wait longer in between appointments and my nails would be in perfect condition. I also get pedicures on occasions, with different techs, and have been happy with the results. (Pic of 9-day-old nails, third gel-X refill with hard gel).

I’ve been going here for a while now & I won’t go anywhere else - I always love my nails (and get lots of compliments)! All the techs are so talented, I usually book with Tracy. & the prices are really good for the quality of work you get! I highly recommend 50 shades!

I really wanted to like this place but it just didn’t work for me. I went here from August through November 2024. I got a pedicure during my first visit and was really pleased. I booked a full set for two weeks later with the person that did my pedicure. When I arrived, I was told that nail tech was not in today. I didn’t get any type of notice that she would not be in. I think that should’ve been a common courtesy especially when you book with a certain person. While there, I overheard the other techs saying that the person I was originally booked with was home waiting for a sofa to be delivered. I get it, we all have lives, but I booked with her because I was pleased with my first service. I got the full set by someone else and it appeared to be a decent job. I was a little turned off m

The whole staff is definitely so amazing, you get a free glass of champagne as soon as you enter. The atmosphere makes you feel so feminine and great energy. Traci is my nail technician, my nails are always absolutely gorgeous every single time. I won’t go anywhere else, I promise you will be happy with anyone of them check them out you won’t regret it ❤️

I’ve gone to 50 shades many times and always loved their services. I had an appt scheduled for Monday at noon and called Sunday evening to reschedule because I wasn’t feeling well. They charged me $40 for rescheduling. I understand the policy but I’m a repeat customer who wanted to reschedule, not cancel. Disappointed. They got my $40 but missed out on a longtime, loyal customer. Not a great way of doing business.
