Sadly disappointed. Wanted to try Gelx even though it was more expensive than most nail services. I guess I shouldn’t have told them I didn’t know what it was because either they didn’t know the proper way to do it, or they did and chose a cheaper way of doing it. I wanted extra short square and they used a long coffin shape and cut it down to the length. Then didn’t use the right fit for my nail bed and filled the gap with glue. After researching more when I got home and now knowing what I was supposed to have gotten, made this experience even more disappointing. Pedicure service was nice. Though the polish chipped the first night.

if i could give zero stars, i would. i have been here 3 times. the first time, i requested to try gel-x. when the guy was doing my nails, he told me my nailbeds were too flat and it likely wouldn't stay (so why would he continue applying it to my nails??). they charged me $90 for this service with just a basic color. surely enough, 3 days later and more than half my nails had come off. i returned after another 2 days since i wasn't able to go in when they started coming off. i requested to have dip instead because gel-x didn't stay and the nail tech even told me it probably wouldnt. after the dip was done, they tried to charge me for it and said the guarantee was only 1 DAY. i absolutely was not paying and did not. the dip i got was fine, decently shaped and filed. i went in tonight to

I walked in as I just moved to this area and it can be hard to find a new nail tech and omg I do believe I did. Not only was she nice and sensitive she was thorough and kind. I am so pleased with the service thank you so much. I’ll be back

Me and my friend were recently here, me and her both got acrylic nails. My nails are beautiful, the tech was fast and respectful. On the other hand my friend’s tech was terrible. She was rude, slow, and difficult. My friend asked for nails with a wide french tip with a brown and teal design, the tech would not get her the colors she asked for and she was forced to settle. She also split her nail open trying to buff, which bled for the rest of our time here. The design is nothing like what she asked. There was also a dead bug sitting on her nail station. Never come here.
