I came in asking for layered hair that’s shorter in the front and longer in the back. Before the cut, I clearly explained that my hair is very fine and straight, and that layers don’t always show well because everything blends easily. I was assured this wouldn’t be an issue. I usually work with Isabella, but this time my hair was cut by someone else (her sister). By the end of the appointment, I wasn’t satisfied with how my hair looked. The stylist offered to cut more, but I chose to go home and wash/style it first. After doing so, the cut looked extremely unblended, and the framing layers resembled a bowl cut. I called the next day to explain my concerns. While she did offer to fix it (as she had the night before), she also immediately stated that the money would not be refunded....even

Loved the service 🥰 I did a highlighting service with no bleach today with stylist Veronica. She was the sweetest and made me feel so pretty. The owner also made the experience so personal. Definitely coming back here!

I am dissatisfied with this business they applied extremely hot water to my hair and I had a scream in order for her to stop then they did not apply conditioner and then they started asking for my personal life. I will not come back to this place!!!!!

I went in here not know what to expect because of the damaged hair I had. Isabel looked a Pinterest picture that I just wanted to possibly dream of getting and well… she delivered. Pictures don’t do justice for sure.

This place is a wonderful hidden gem. I'm so happy I picked this place. I came in Sat morning (4/15/23). The moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm hospitality. Everyone was friendly and had bright smiles on their faces. I knew at that moment, they were going to take care of me. Isabelle & Odeth greeted me and asked me what I wanted & needed done. My hair was a complete mess, I was a little embarrassed to say the least!!! I took out my messy bun and showed them the travesty I'd been dealing with..Lol... I'm talking years of store bought hair dye, color correction, uncut split end, orangy/blonde/brown bayalage mess!!!
