The conference room is spacious and nicely furnished — a great option for meetings. Grace at the front desk is very professional, courteous, and responsive. 71x Suites is a locally owned and managed shared office environment with private suites. We are so glad we chose this for our company needs. The kitchen set up and complimentary drinks and snacks is perfect as are the two shared meeting rooms. Support from Grace is exceptional and the suites themselves are well appointed.

The Texas Dental Association leased a temporary suite at 71X in mid-2024 and we have been very happy with the space, amenities, and service! The common areas are kept very clean and well supplied with snacks and drinks that are greatly appreciated by our team. The conference rooms are perfect for small groups and the technology easily enables us to facilitate hybrid meetings. We've been so pleased, we have extended our lease for another 18 months while we search for permanent space.
