I had a terrible experience here. The pedicure water was cold as soon as my aunt stepped in, which immediately set the tone. The actual pedicure lasted maybe 10 minutes for my mom, which is unacceptable for a service you’re paying for. On the other hand my aunt had to switch to a whole new person because the first girl couldnt even take off the old nail polish. The scrub on the bottom of my feet was extremely rough and felt like the skin was coming off, and to make matters worse, my toes were scrubbed with what looked like Dollar Tree Soft Scrub. It felt cheap, rushed, and completely unprofessional. My mom even had to tell them to not soak off her manicure because we wanted to get out of there. I’ve visited this salon 3 times, each time reminds me why I return. This small establishment is one of the best I’ve been to lately. The family is very polite, respectful, and appreciative. I’ve always felt the value was very worth the quality of work done and the environment is unbeatable. It’s wonderful going to a quiet calm salon, perfect for a mental health break or a treat! I will most definitely be returning, they are incredibly welcoming and helpful. Thank you a ton!

Not the friendliest. Didn’t really do the color I wanted even after I showed a picture after 3 days the paints chipping and he missed a huge spot on my pinky. Not coming back

I love 78 Nails! They are meticulous with their manicures and so helpful with finding colors. Haven’t gotten a pedi yet but will as the weather gets warmer.

This was the first time I went here. I was trying a new place due to moving it was easier and closer, the nails are ok, however they are EXTREMELY OVERPRICED. I had my gel taken off from a previous manicure, and a full set with gel polish on and it came to $78! My go to place is Lexi Nails and Spa and I can go there and get my gel soaked off with a new set with gel and a pedicure for the same price. I have been getting my nails done now for about 10-15 years and Lexi has always been my go to. I guess its worth the drive to stick with them.
