I’ve been coming here for a while and am always so happy with the work Amy does. 916 Nails never disappoints, and even after dozens of appointments, the quality is always top-notch and the service is consistent. I trust them completely with my nails and always leave feeling pampered. It’s hard to find a place that stays this good for so long! Take my advice, ask for Amy!!

Mai did a great pregnancy safe pedicure, she made sure not to massage any of the pressure points but still give a great foot & leg massage. Nice new massage chairs. I did the jelly pedi with gel French it was $75 but they charge $85, $81 if you pay cash.

I get my gel manicures done by Amy, and they come out great every time! I got nail art this last appointment, and the hearts look so good. Highly recommend

Emmie is incredibly meticulous and attentive to detail, taking the time to understand exactly what I wanted and offering suggestions. Her nail artistry is expert—clean lines, flawless polish, and a design that perfectly matched my style. What stood out most was her professionalism and care. She kept a clean workstation, used high-quality products, and checked in during the process to ensure I was happy with the look. Emmie also has a wonderful, upbeat personality—friendly, patient, and genuinely interested in making sure I left feeling happy and pampered. I left with nails that look stunning, she does my feet and hands. I mega recommend Emmie :) she is amazing!!

I am very unsatisfied with the peeling of my nails that I paid for on Friday. This should not have happened! I came in to get it fixed and was told I’d need to wait an hour, even though it was only one nail at first. Now, all of them are peeling up. I live an hour away and make the drive because I’ve liked my nails in the past, but this experience has left me extremely unhappy. The customer service I received when I came back was very disappointing. It was as if I was a brand-new customer instead of someone who had just had an appointment days earlier. I shouldn’t have had to come back in the first place, and yet I was expected to wait an hour to fix a service I already paid for. The response I got was just a shrug and a “sorry.” There was no effort to make it right—no discount for next ti
