I had a very uncomfortable and disappointing experience here. From the beginning, I clearly explained that I only wanted a simple pedicure — no gel, no acrylic, and no add-ons. I specifically said I did not want gel because it damages my toenails. Despite this, the man kept pushing and insisting on gel and other services. I said no multiple times and repeated that I only wanted my feet cleaned, buffed, and painted. He appeared annoyed because I wasn’t getting additional services. While the technician was doing my feet, she suddenly began applying oil. I immediately asked what she was doing, and she said the man told her to do it — even though I was very clear that I did not want any extra products. I felt ignored and disrespected. Yesterday I got a pedicure and manicure at A&A from Nancy. Nancy was incredibly detailed about making sure both services was done well. I found her patient and kind. I am pleased with my service and experience. The surrounding was brightly lit and very very clean. The place looked brand new. It was also peaceful and friendly.

Beautiful shop terrible service. They cannot paint or do nails and will try to keep you there with extra charges to fix their errors. Do not go to this salon.
