A & A Nails

I came in. Nobody payed attention to me, sure i should have spoke up but this is your place of business you are trained to greet every person that comes into your shop. Anyways, after like 15 minutes a lady offered to do my nails even though the whole time she was relaxing with her feet on the chair the customer is supposed to get comfortable on while they are getting their nails done. I could tell she was rushing and didn't pay any mind to it. She wasn't aggressive but she nicked me a couple of times. She didn't ask what shape i wanted my nails, my chouce was just square and my nails aren't even straight, neat, or pretty.

AVOID THIS PLACE, DONT GO HERE LADIES!! I would give it a 0 star if I could. I walked in on a Thursday evening got a refill manicure,powder dip and shellac pedicure. Paid $90 + $15 tip. When I 1st walked in they didnt let me pick a color, the lady who did my toes pulled out some random colors and wanted me to pick out of the 4 she chose. Then she was insisting I get the deluxe spa pedicure which was the most expensive one bc it comes with a lavander scent. I told her no and she insisted 2 more times I told her no I just wanted with paraffin wax and she got upset. My 1st set wasn't done here and bc of that she charged $10 more, nail trim was $5, color change was another $5. I thought a manicure came with a nail trim. My nails are so ugly and horrible look how crappy the work looks my polis

We came here to get our pedicure done and Daniel did an awesome job, he cuts my nails on point and good massage too ❤️ first time and for sure we come back

I’ve been there twice, both dissatisfied. They drill on your fingers, cough in your face, they dictate what you’re getting on your nails /what you’re paying for. They will have you sitting for over 40 minutes they say oh how bout you come tomorrow, after having a personal convo for over half of that time. Disrespectfully try to constantly up sale after saying ten times , this is what I want .. the picture is the day after a full brand new set…… highly disappointed. To be clear... the last photo is the location I WALKED to, its located behind the Mcdonalds on Bissonnet & S Gessner, right on side of the A1 Beauty Supply.

My friend and I tried this place for the first time today and we really liked it! The staff (Tammy, Jenny, and Mei) are all super sweet and friendly! For a gel manicure and normal pedicure, it was $55. I would recommend this place to anyone. Definitely returning again with more friends. :)
