Communication is nonexistent. Rude attitude, it's not a place I'd recommend.

I have been getting my hair cut by Anne for 5 years now. She is very good and very fast, she can clear a lobby of 4 guys within an hour and will always try to fit you in. Very nice and polite lady who is a pro at hair cuts.

I absolutely recommend this place! I’m not familiar with the area but looked up hair salons & found this place. Navigation got me there easily. I was a little nervous as 3 men came in for haircuts but no women. I was thinking is this more like a guy’s place? The hairdresser was very polite & sweet & I thought, oh well, it’s just hair it’ll grow back. My hair is fine & thinning so I keep it in a short bob but i hadn’t been able to go to my salon in the city & my hair was a mess! When I got home I styled my hair like I usually do & the cut was really good & easy to style. This place is a hidden treasure & I’m very happy with my haircut!! I have been to the location 3 times. The first 2 were last year and Cindy was great. She had excellent customer service skills and I loved my haircut. My most recent experience 2 weeks ago with a different person was quite opposite. Cindy no longer works there so I will definitely need to find another salon.😞
