A & K Nails

Visited A&K today for a change of polish. Was a customer there for many yrs. when salon 1st opened but hadn't been there for a long time. Tech started to polish my toes. Polish was so thick. I said you need to thin that out after she had remove polish from 3 toes. No base coat was reapplied. She did her best. And she did ask if I was happy and they look nice. Kenny started taking off my gel polish. Burnt me up with that drill, no soak off. I'd say that hurts, he say relax, I'd say it hurts, he say Relax! He said when you don't relax, I get hurt see my fingers the scars. He finishes, gets up walks off. I said to Anna what am to do. She said go wash your hands. Then I saw what a mess my nails were there was more light. Went to pay, I said Kenny, I'm not happy with my nails. He said why? I

This place has been going down hill for a while now. 1.Walked in for a pedicure and waited almost an hour and a half. Ridiculous. 2. Walked in for a pedicure and the gentleman put the wrong color and instead of removing the incorrect color, he painted over with the correct color. 3. Straw that broke the camels back…took daughter to have her nails done. Was quoted $45 for a full set. Go to pay and the guy…same one who screwed up the color on my pedicure, says it will be $60. I ask why when we were quoted $45. $45 for full set $5 for shaping them $5 for color…I guess gel which I though was included in the full set. $5 for the design.. hearts and skull. I used to really enjoy coming here and have been for years. I won't be coming back. I left with my cuticles bleeding. My nails flooded. I don't feel like it is very clean any longer either. I really would rather have my money than these nails. My thumb nail isn't even shaped correctly

I went in to get a new full set and I wanted it to be acrylic. The husband kept filing down on my nails and that made them hurt and then once he was done and I could go I have sticky stuff all over my hands and the underneath of my nails are not neat and clean. at all. I want my money back but don't know how to go about doing that.

I usually have an appointment with Ana and she's great! Good at what she does and is patient. This last visit I had an appointment set with her but for some reason I was set up with Kenny and it was a HORRIBLE experience. I've never had my nails and finger tips burn as much as they did with him. Every single one of my cuticles were left bleeding, some in multiple places. The whole time he was telling me how the color and shape were ugly. If I said 'that hurts you're hurting me' he would tell me to just relax. Some nails have his fingerprints imbedded in them because he didn't allow them to cure. On some nails the polish isn't covering the nail, some nails have so much polish on its over flooded and under my nails. At one point after curing them he filed the tops and just put a top coat ove
