The girl who was doing my nails was not delicate or careful at all; she made a very nasty cut on my finger.

0/10 do not recommend.. I went for a refill … they didn’t tell me they didn’t have the same color and tried to say it’s hombre … which wasn’t what I asked for in the first place.

Vivian has been doing my nails for quite some time! The service and people are always pleasant! I love the way she hand draws my designs and the nails lasts for a month or longer. She also does my eyebrows to perfection. I recommend this place to anyone. I have never had a bad experience when coming here.

I got a pedicure here on 3/17/25, and the technician cut me deeply during the service. She tried to apply Neosporin afterward, but the tools used were unsanitary, and the damage was already done. I ended up with a painful toe infection, had to go to urgent care, was prescribed antibiotics, and missed work because I could barely walk. Afterward, I read several other reviews and noticed I’m not the only one—others have also complained about infections and fungus after visiting this salon. I gave the owner a chance to resolve this privately, but they refused to take full responsibility. Sanitation and customer safety should be a priority. I’m filing formal complaints and sharing my experience so others can be aware.

I had an outstanding experience with Susan (pedicure) and Julie (manicure). This was my time getting shellac nails, and everyone in the shop made me feel welcome. Both ladies were professional and answered all of my questions, quickly putting me at ease. The shop was clean, and stations were sanitized between clients. I plan to visit again!
