I am truly Amazed at the skilled talent in cut & color as well as her specialized training in thinning hair!! She provides individuall personal consulting. She takes time to assess your hair, condition & desires thru thorough questioning & takes notes of this. She educates, & describes process & products thruought process. She uses healthy Italian Botanical products without the harsh chemicals of most other salons & educates you on follow up care @ home. I am more than thrilled at such stunning outcome for reasonable prices. I had all over color plus highlights, cut, blowdry, hot iron style & a scalp consult on thinning hair! A truly secret gem in Berea. Give her a try. So grateful to have found this salon!!

Just started going to New You hair studio and i am very happy with my cut and style. Mary the owner is very knowledgeable about hair loss and some of the products she has are really nice. The studio is cozy, welcoming and very personal unlike other multi chair studios! Will keep coming regularly!

I called in advance to ask how much a gray root touch up would be and was quoted $65. When I called to schedule, Mary said that there is a $30 mandatory styling fee, I explained that I never in my 55+ years of cuts and color got a style, but she insisted. She checked my color and we agreed upon my usual. She did not tell me that she mixed in extra ash, leaving me with dull dirty dishwater colored hair. The shine I had going in, has not yet fully returned to my hair. The shampoo was the most painful I have ever had with my hair getting constantly pulled. I asked if I could pay by check and she said no, saying she did not know me, implying my check would bounce. So I was charged a card service fee and paid almost $105 for a root touch up. Mary did a wonderful job cutting and coloring my hair. She shared lots of tips for maintaining my color between appointments. She listened to my needs and lifestyle and created the perfect cut for me. I enjoyed getting to know her and will definitely return.
