A Plus Nails & Skin Care

Walked in at 5:30 for a fill. Walked out at 7:55 in pain and covered in acrylic. The lady who did my nails was rough, careless, and unsanitary. Not only did she not wear a mask, she didn't speak at all and was popping gum in my face the whole time. First red flag was her missing the nail and hitting the pad of my finger multiple times while shaping the top of my nail. Then the Drill was on my finger so long I could feel heat through the acrylic. She completly destroyed my cuticles and the skin around it. All but three fingers had cuts on the cuticle area. I hope they disinfect everything good because she acknowledged I was bleeding (on multiple fingers) and continued to work. No apologies offered just "oh you bleed". I had a great experience here! I love that they are by appointment only through the pandemic. I felt safe and felt that everything was clean. They did a great job and paid attention to detail. I will definitely be coming back!
