A Plus Plus Nails

Despite the bad customer service I was actually a loyal patron for 8 years. Well today I called prior to coming and after traveling 35 miles in traffic got there 7 minutes after 7 and was told “ come back tomorrow we’re closed”. 😣 These people know me.... I’m a REGULAR! But there loss was my gain👍🏽. Went to Nail Trix at Potomac Mills and look what Johnny did🤩. Loving my nails and my NEW SALON. See y’all there. If you appreciate this review please don’t forget to like it👍🏽 ✅UPDATE!! I left my original post to show that despite that I have still been a loyal customer through the years and it is now 2022. What I’ve learned about going to A+ plus nails and interacting with T and Dan is that …they are human just like everyone else. Perhaps That previous post was on one of the bad days.🤦🏽‍♀

I got a pedicure + callus removal. Honestly if I knew this was the outcome I’d have done my nails myself. It felt rushed and the end product was sloppy. The employee scrubbed my feet too hard when doing the callus removal which actually gave me a few cuts. The first picture was at the shop.. that’s what it looked like when it was “done.” Overall, I don’t think going there (at least for pedicures) is worth it

I walked in for a pedicure and he recommended callus removal. If I knew what the end results would have led me to URGENT CARE I would have NEVER WENT! This particular employee scrubbed the heels of my feet so hard he CUT ME and now the results are me being left with a FOOT INFECTION! I can’t walk much on it and I am now currently on antibiotics. DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON AT ALL! Not to mention the customer service during my visit there was the WORST I’ve ever experienced. The nail technician was very UNPROFESSIONAL and embarrassed me on so many levels. As he was doing my pedicure he was shaking his head and making disturbing faces and gestures while doing my feet as if he was disgusted and frustrated. I will never return to this establishment again! I would not recommend you DO NOT GO HERE!

This is what people dont want to do when coming to a nail salon......sitting at an empty bowl waiting to get a pedicure. I only come here to get my brows done by Linda because she always does a great job. But I dont come here for nails at all. Because of the aforementioned complaint. I absolutely hate having to sit and wait at an empty bowl. It's so low class in terms of nail shops and not very A++ considering other nail places that are more attentive. I don't know who is servicing me and they just don't seem to understand attentive customer service here. It's a nail SPA a place where you come to relax but I don't feel that coming here. I feel like I'm in an assembly line just waiting my turn. They are always really busy so they are not paying enough attention to people to give good custo

smh I am so disappointed. I only wanted a overlay with white gel polish and came out looking like a 3 year old did my nails. I went back and they told me I had to pay the full price to fix what they’ve messed up. I really liked this place but please people don’t have money to waste.
