My wife and I come here every so often for pedicures (Deluxe option). It is a very relaxing and therapeutic experience. We always love how our feet and lower legs feel afterwards. Buying a gift certificate here for Christmas and such is a superb gift. Always ask for technician, Sue, Uyen, Ivey or Nina, when you make an appointment. Highly recommended Nail Spa in Wake Forest.

Went in to get a fill in and the service was horrible. Lady at the front desk was rude and the older lady who did my nails cut my finger and then tried to spray alcohol on it!! No apologies or anything. I asked about a certain color and I was being ignored. After my nails were done the lady at the desk was expecting me to tip.. UM NO!! Tipping is a choice and it's not mandatory. Tipping is also based on performance which was bad. Won't go here again

The stylist was very detailed, careful, and mindful the entire time. I was so relaxed and even though some of my nails on my hand were broken she did a job of shaping them into a rectangle. I recommend coming here but I got a basic pedicure and manicure with gel for both nail polishes and I spent about 106 without tip. The lady was wonderful and I will be back again 😊

Been going here for a while now! Can’t say enough about this place. All of the ladies that work here are incredibly nice and always make you feel welcomed. I always get my nails done by Angela (pic is from yesterday)! She is the best!! So, if you’re looking for a friendly and relaxing atmosphere then this is the place!

I went to have a pedicure done today. It was my first time there for a pedicure. The lady that did my pedicure or attempted to I might say was very nice but clearly inexperienced. I was not happy with the outcome and I did let her know nicely. She kept wanting to put more polish and more polish on top of what she had put on. It was not how a gel pedicure should look. It was sticky because she kept putting more on and it was bumpy when supposed to be smooth. The manager came over and she started to put more hardener on but it was just too thick already. I did get frustrated and just requested it be taken off. Very poor customer service on their part. I paid and I left. I will never go there again.
