I went for a set of acrylics and they made them thick as all get out. I’m still peeling polish from my skin and I was bleeding from 4 fingers. Never again. Don’t go and risk it. I told the lady my nails were crooked and she did nothing.i went back to ask for my money back and they refused. I told them I didn’t want them to fix them bc of how thick they were. They spoke mandarin in front of me talking to each other about my nails which really pissed me off bc I’m pretty sure they were talking trash with the way they were saying things. Hopefully I don’t end up with an infection from them slicing my skin on multiple fingers.

I honestly wish it gave me the option for a zero star rating!! This place absolutely embarrassed me today. I had My Husband’s card and all because it was still locked when they ran the transaction. The bank had put a hold on the money and deemed it as possible fraud….. So I attempted to use another card that card also declined two different banks both with money cards declining I say that it might be the machine and the man said no it’s that you have no money…… Number one I don’t know about you guys, but I’m not gonna go to a nail salon knowing I don’t have money and get my nails done and then steal acrylic nails Escalated so far he refused to give me the bank card back, refused to run it now that it was unlocked and everything had worked out with the bank called security Told them I hit

They did an absolutely terrible job at first it was going great. The shape was good love the shape. Everything was going good. I asked for pink and white ombre pink going into white ombré . It’s not properly blended and then I had my mom call them and let them know everything that happened. They gave us false advertisement on the prices we went in there because my friend I got her toes done and they gave us a quoted price of $28 and somehow it jumped from $28-$50. she didn’t get any special type of polish just regular old nail polish. It wasn’t gel or anything. She didn’t even get the full pedicure experience and they charged her for a full pedicure and they ripped her toenail and it’s not even covering my full fingernail half of my nail isn’t even covered and I asked for Acrylic and they

Came to this salon while I was in town visiting family and decided to have a day with my friend to get our nails done. They weren't busy at all, and it seems in hind sight there was a reason for it. Upon being seated for our nails, I specified to them that I had UV Hardening Gel on my nails rather than acrylic and that if they didn't have the gel, I wouldn't get my nails done. They told me they did, and all I asked for was a fill and extension to my paint already on my nails. The lady immediately went in with a drill and took all my polish off and used acrylic to fill in even after asking her not to. This place has correctly determined that they can remain in business by scamming unwitting new customers who trust that a salon in such a premier location will do good work. This is not the case. I received a comically horrible $40 “manicure” here, complete with gel cured all over my cuticles and the edges of my fingers. Interior is extremely disgusting with zero atmosphere (no music, dirty tools and stations, buckets all over to hold leaking water.) Hand towels smelled like yeast, don’t even want to know how this is possible. I only came here because my regular place was closed and I thought I would save myself some time as I had some errands to run over in Valley View. DO NOT make this choice.
