Absolutely extraordinary experience at Abby Massage. We booked a couples massage, and from the moment it started, time truly stood still. The massage was deeply relaxing, perfectly paced — one of those rare experiences where you completely disconnect from everything else. Booking online was easy which made the whole experience even better. We walked out feeling refreshed, grounded, and already missing it… so much so that we booked another session for tomorrow. If you’re looking for a truly amazing, memorable massage experience, this is it. Highly, highly recommend.

Very nice massage. Although i booked online and the option was called "custom massage". When i asked for just back neck and shoulder she said that nack neck and shoulder was 90dollars (i jad paid 80), infact the menu in the reception said "back neck and shoulder 80 dollars". She had to walk out halfway through to answer the door. Otherwise polite, a clean venue and nice massage.

Quite disappointed. Lady was lovely but I came in for a deep tissue massage, only to have a very normal and soft massage. Not only that, her phone was ringing and full volume during the session. She left a few times go to check on customers that were walking into the place! She’d spend about 5-10 mins on one spot, and after she looked at my bag and asked me for tips… honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had. Would not recommend coming here.

After massage was completed and we were on the way out, owner and employee asked how we would be tipping (without giving us a chance to even provide the tip first) and then proceeded to say our tip (which was substantial) was not enough. They then would not let us through the exit until we paid more. Extremely upsetting on our last day of vacation when we just wanted a relaxing experience.

Terrible customer service. I walked in and immediately noticed it didn’t feel like the air conditioning was on at all. I booked through class pass using 17 credits a couple of days before my class pass expiration date and when I showed up, they told me they couldn’t take me because they had other people that were walking in at the same time as me that didn’t book through class pass. While asking for them to return the credit, the lady just said I’ll call them later and then proceeded to walk away and greet the people that were booked directly through them. I personally had to contact ClassPass and let them know what was going on in order to get my credit back. Now I’m stuck with extra class pass credits that are going to expire before I can use them (wasted money). They did not attempt to
