So unprofessional, lack cleanliness, and there’s multiple of the workers kids there every time, doing flips and what not around the salon.. When you walk in they all just stare at you and don’t greet you. I went to get my nails done (white gel nails) Close to closing 3 ladies came in requesting pedicures. She hurried and rushed my nails to get to them, I left with streaky nails, polish on my cuticles and the coat was very thin, gel polish is thick, white polish needs multiple coats! but I didn’t feel like staying so I left. A week later my nails started looking dirty and bad so I went to have her redo them and she told me it’s my fault I must have messed with chemicals.. she wanted to charge me $20 for a new color which is insane bc they shouldn’t be messed up or chipping after one week..

I had an appointment at 11:30 and didn't get out until 1:15. I do like the way my nails are done and I will give this place another try. I was told my nails (gel) need a long time to soak, however 50 minutes is unheard of, especially since the gel didn't come off any easier. The owner was honest and said she scheduled another person at the same time because she knew I would take longer, however I pointed out that I can not stay for 1 hour and 45 minutes and that my gel still required scraping as all gel removal does.

I went there today. The lady who did my nails (I assume she was the owner), she had to take off my acrylics. She did a very poor job. My nails weren't filed properly and done in a rush. The unfiled, harsh edges were hurting me so much that I had to come home and file them myself. For $10 just to take off my nails, I deserved a better service. I am never going back here. Also, the usual charge to take off nails is $5 from all my previous salon experiences. $10 for a poor service, that's just disappointing.

I live close to Kings Salon and have used them a little since they opened about 6 years ago. The staff are good, my pedicures and manicures have been good. Now the bad, the salon is dirty, the pedicure tubs are usually gross. I have never seen anyone clean with a proper disinfectant. I have been rushed through appointments when walk-ins arrive, I don't appreciate being rushed when I have made an appointment. I would use this salon much more frequently if they cleaned according to health code. There are no side tables at the pedicure stations, which would be very useful.

I always go to this salon, and I always go to Kim, because she massages my feet/legs during the pedicure for an amazingly long time. When I think it's not possible for her to massage any longer, she still keeps going. This is pure heaven to me! I have never had any bad experiences as described by other people. I've always been treated well here and have no reason to go anywhere else.
