My first time at this braiding shop .. I’ve seen good reviews so I gave it a try and NEVER AGAIN 😡😡This place is horrible.. I’ve had a bad experience with them 🤬 Never Again .. The lady was so rude and so nasty .. When I made a complaint about my hair .. I will post a picture 🤬🤬

Thank you my sista. You are appreciated!! When your hair is done you feel so much better about yourself. And she was able to bring to life a style that perfectly suits my face. Customer service is excellent and she was helpful. The shop had rel vibes and great entertainment as we watched a Nigerian movie.

The lady who owns the place is nice but customer service needs improvement. She needs to listen to what customers want instead of insisting she knows best. It didn't open on time and the lady was distracted by the customers buying stuff in the shop, so the braids took way too long. However, the quality of the work is impeccable. They do good work and she will have more than one person braid your hair later in the day.

Great services. It was my first time coming here. Prompt timely service. They listen to you and get an understanding of what you are asking for. Clean neat braids but not too tight to damage your hair line. I will certainly come back again.
