Dr.T did her thing! I had come from another salon not happy with my haircut results and wanted to color my hair for the first time. She colored my hair just as I wanted it and fixed my haircut. I’m so in love with my hair and am so grateful she was able to meet my vision! I appreciate that she talked me through what was being done with my hair and asked questions to figure out what exactly I wanted. I can’t wait to come back.

I went to store 2508 at their other store as the 2502 had no appointments available. My appointment was taken by Andrea. I do not remember the name of the lady who cut my hair. But she was tall lady with blonde hair. She was so rude and unprofessional, she was treating me as if she is doing some favour to me cutting my hair. Never had such rude and humiliating experience ever. I couldn't believe such behaviour, I should have left the place then and there now I feel. I dont know how it works at 2502 but definitely dont ever go to 2508. She is the most sick person I have ever seen. Refrain from ever going to beyond beauty academy!! (Which is their other name)

I have the best stylist Mrs T Coles who knows how to do it right. When leaving her chair you get the stamp of approval "I Got This" and she does. 5 stars, 10 if there was another choice. Keep working it Girl! Shop is customer friendly, thank youTanya.
