Five-star experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was professional, welcoming, and very clean. You can tell the staff here really take pride in their craft and their clients. My stylist, Sonja, did an excellent job on my wash, retwist, and two-strand style. She was patient, detail-oriented, and made sure everything came out neat, balanced, and sharp. The parts were clean, the twist pattern was tight, and the overall finish looked and felt great. It wasn’t just about the hairstyle—it was the whole experience. Great experience. September will be a year that I’ve been coming here. Booking is easy and the staff communicates so well. Everyone is so friendly. Ms. Jessica does my hair and she is outstanding at what she does! You have to have a consultation before they start your hair (free), but that’s so they can cater to your hair type which I really like. I posted photos to show my growth over the past 9 months. *********** Update: I have reached the 3 year mark and my hair is now past my shoulders ☺️ I wanted to add more photos so everyone can see the growth! My hair can go in a full ponytail now 😝 I’m so lucky to have found Ms. Jessica and her lovely team! They are professional, honest, and truly care about their craft!
