Accent Nails

I had such a wonderful experience recently! The customer service was truly exceptional, making me feel so welcome from the moment I arrived. I was also incredibly impressed with how clean everything was throughout the entire space. It really contributed to a sense of calm and ease. David was quick, friendly and very detail oriented. Took lots of time making sure my nails were perfect, and was very patient when I couldn't decide on a color lol. Highly recommend!!!

I had the worse experience ever in Accent Nail Salon Monday. 2/2/26. About a month ago I decided to go back after several years having my nails and pedicures done in other salons. The husband and wife owners were glad to me. I went in yesterday because my the tip that was put on my last visit was loose from my nail and it was very painful and swollen on my pointer finger on my right hand . I explained to the female owner what was happening and she said do you want a manicure and said you don’t understand me she immediately got a attitude because she didn’t understand English and this is were I spent my money. She ask me to come to her station and took acrylic nail snd started to remove the tip from my nail and it hurts real bad she even used the clippers to cut of the tip as well. At first

HORRIBLE place, stay away! I would give it -5 if I could. She got 4 of my nails bad, asked to fix it and made it even worst. She even hurt me on propose and made me bleed, not even a sorry. I had to ask for alcohol. 5 of my nails have bubbles. She started painting my nails and I asked if she was going to cut the cuticle and she said after, not even 10 seconds on water and she started cutting them. Pleas stay away, horrible customer service, horrible service, rude attendants, and of course overcharge. I will submit a formal complaint with the city about this place.

Went to get my nails done and they didn't do it right the first time, went back not even a 4 days later due to chipping and flaking, all she did was add more paint to my nails, didn't even blend or anything, went back a 3rd time finally got what I wanted, then again 4 days later, my nail broke when I BARELY grabbed a pillow to lay In bed!! We paid over $200 for two manicures and two Pedicures and my mother in laws nails are still perfect, and she is rougher on her nails than I am, I'm very gentle with my nails, but yet I'm having massive issues with mine, and the staff is very rude and disrespectful and the lady made me bleed multiple times and was rude with me
