ACCOLADES SALON SPA in Highland Park

Visited Accolades for first time with Lola, recommended to me by a friend and she really did a fantastic job with my hair (hair not current on my photo). Very welcoming & friendly salon with people coming and going! Very fun place! I will be back!!

Edit: Received an email from Paige, the manager of this location. She was very professional, courteous, and apologized for my experience. She offered a full refund and invited me to come back for a complimentary service should I return to Saint Paul. I greatly appreciated the excellent customer service I received from Paige. A full refund was received and I am left feeling better about the experience - even though my hair was a disaster for the concert. Amending my star rating from 1 to 3 due to the refund and apology. Thank you! Worst experience I have had in a salon. Receptionist was friendly and kind. Went while on a very special trip to see my favorite band perform. Note that I don't do this often, and having my hair done special was a huge treat to myself. Shannon was my stylist. I

Lola always does a phenomenal job! Great experience, excellent conversation and stunning cut and color. She personalizes the color and cut to my exact specifications and will go back to touch anything up/fix anything that isn’t perfect. 1000/10, cannot recommend her enough! ❤️

Had an amazing experience last November with Shannon starting the process to blonde my hair. Tried to set up an appointment for Saturday the 14th around noon for a full bleach and toner. Was contacted and told that my appointment was canceled because new clients need to have a 15 minute consultation. When I called to let them know I had already started this process, and booked with you previously, I was told that because Shannon no longer works at the salon we would need to do the consultation. I asked if between now and then if we could squeeze in that 15 minute consultation and was dismissed with "there's likely not going to be time for that, we're really busy". Additionally, I was told that there would likely not be enough time to compete the process itself. This makes no sense to me. Y

I had a fabulous hair color/highlights and hair cut done by Briana who is in advanced training. I love the atmosphere which is very warm and comfy not to mention the fabulous skin and hair products available. Everyone who works there is very kind.
