horrible. I had photos to show the lady what I wanted…. I had said pink and light color on top…. She had preformed a test strand and it was orange so i corrected her and said that’s orange I want pink. She did another test strand and it looked red so I clarified one more time I wanted dark/hot pink. She had said ok ok dark pink….. it’s the fact that im paying for this yet you do whatever you want. She was also very rough with my hair not gentle. She also added bleach to my hair when all I had asked for was darker pink then what I had and brown on top like halo hair. I left with hair I didn’t ask for and an itchy burning head. It’s not about weather it looks good or not it’s about ignoring what a costumer is paying for. I've never been more disappointed with a haircut in my life. this place is the worst. My experience with the men and women was beyond awful. I made sure to explain in detail exactly how I wanted my hair cut and keratin I even showed him a picture. But did he bother to listen? Absolutely not. If I could rate with negative stars, I would do it.different who actually knows how to do keratin its so bad 😔

I definitely didn’t wanted to delete my reviews to add new hair do reviews. So I attached all together. I have visited this salon several times for coloring and trimmings. But it’s the first time I chopped it. At first I hesitated but I decided to go for it. It simply look awesome. Got plenty compliments on my way back home from the salon. Birthday new hairdo. I simply loved it. I highly recommend it. My first short hair and I am loving it 🙏🏻❤️❤️

Had a great experience here back in December 2021. This is a well over due review. The nice woman who washed my hair before my haircut, did a very thorough and relaxing job. Lilly was the woman who cut my hair, Rhonda was busy but Lilly was great! Lilly asked what I wanted, showed her a few pictures and she was done relatively quick. The results were great! First time getting bangs and can't wait to go back. Everyone was super sweet and it was pretty busy. Would recommend making an appointment but walk- ins are welcomed as well. Returned for a haircut and dye with Rhonda! Couldn't be happier! Rhonda is the best!

I did my Japanese straight and now my hair is all fizzy my hair is falling and gotta cut my hair to fix it… honestly they are more concerned about their tips than work…
