Adam & Eve Hair Braiding

0 stars is really what I want to give I Called @ 1:05 pm to come in at 3:00 for two braids TWO I’m a color #4 the lady on the phone said they don’t have #4 which is a natural color I called last week they didn’t have #4 at that time either so that’s two weeks without a natural color at this time I didn’t want a mixed color or any other color so to me that was (unacceptable) & unprofessional so I asked if I could bring my own she said yes I told her I’d be there by 3:30 I had to go buy the hair she said okay my price would be 70 last week I was told 60 but I needed my hair done bad so I didn’t even say nothing about that although I peeped it I get there at 3:23pm when I get there I’m trying to come in the door is locked and it’s 2 ladies doing 1 person’s hair it was only those 3 in the sho

I was not satisfied at all. I asked for a short boho bob with small parts and got the total opposite after it was done. My hair is so greasy and my boho braids barely has any hair in it. Now as far as how I wanted small parts, huh, big parts in the back and small in the top. Never again. She kept my hair that I purchased and I know she didn’t use the full pack of boho hair. They tell you one price and then when you get there it’s different. But you don’t come out with what you asked for. Never again.

I went to them for feed-in braids and i was not satisfied with the service. The stylist rushed through the service. My parts were not proportional, some braids were crooked, and they were not started properly at the root. I didn’t notice until I later got home and messaged her with my concerns and asked for it to be fixed. I sent her multiple clear images of the problem and she told me that nothing was wrong. She told me she would call me and I did not hear from her for the rest of the day. I reached out again the next day, asking for a refund because I had to make another appointment with another stylist to get my hair done the correct way. Once I asked for a refund, she very rudely told me that I need to come into the shop to fix it (after she told me she couldn’t see anything wrong) and

I had a 9am appointment, and when i got there, the shop was not opened. I had to sit and wait an extra 20 minutes with 2 other people outside for them to arrive. Once she got there, the other 2 ladies got to sit down in the chair, and i had to wait an additional hour and a half because one of her braids called out. My hair didn't get started until 11 am. I sat in the shop for 12 hours for braids i never asked for. i asked for medium braids, and the extra small is what i walked out with. After all the inconvenience i went through, she still charged me $200. 3 weeks later, i have a huge bald spot in the front of my head. Never again, i wouldn't recommend this place to a damn dog. I texted her, expressing my concerns, and the first time, no respose. Then she texted and said, i will call you

I did not get my hair braided by them. This is truly based on the way the premise looks. It was dirty and looks like it should be abandoned. I understand braiding shops in MD aren't regulated but this is appalling. They may do a good job but I can not go there.
