Adams Four Nails

Came to this salon less than 2 weeks ago and received a full acrylic set, I arrived back there today and have them removed because I felt something funny under one of nails and I ask them to remove them, the manager mentioned they were about to close soon , not enough time around 4:45pm today, now I know why they did not want to remove my nails.. they had infected them by not properly putting nails on in the 1st PLACE, I’m heading to the drs…. DONT GO TO THEM.. trust the reviews !!!

I thought the establishment was quite professional and cordial. I happened to be in the area and decided to stop here to get a pedicure. My husband decided to get a man pedicure as well and he enjoyed it as well. Both of our techs were very friendly. Also, on a Saturday, we were able to get right in the chairs, which were newer and wonderfully massaging. 💯

Business is unprofessional and lacks in many different areas. I been going to this business for many years to see a certain technician (Boyfriend). The technician has left, however, I stayed to give others a try. The next technician that worked on my hands was unprofessional and lacked skills and should not be working with nails nor people. The technician yelled at me because I asked him to reshape a nail that was visibly crooked. The owner took over to finish the poor work of her staff. I go back into the shop to get a refill asking for another staff member Helen and was told she’s scared to do my nails all because I did not like the work of the previous technician (PUNK). I WILL NEVER RETURN and if you know better, you WON’T EITHER! God bless you all and your unprofessional/ uncleanlines

Ken is GREAT work is always A1!!! But the customer service sucks they don’t speak with you come in they close at six if you come in at five they will not take you very rude and nasty only person that brings life to the shop is kens wife but she don’t work there she’s only there sometimes I guess just cause she wants to be there .. hospitality sucks they don’t make you feel comfortable at all.. they talk bad about you.. they don’t know I have a translation app on my phone so I always know what there saying.. the ONLY reason I go there is because it’s les than 5 minutes from my house!!!!!

time consuming, that's why the 4 stars but other than that the outcome was nice!
