I absolutely love my braids! Very professional, gentle, and fast. The salon is clean, friendly, and welcoming. My hair came out neat and beautiful I got so many compliments! Highly recommend this salon for anyone looking for quality and great service 💕

There is a noticeable language barrier, and they don’t seem to have much experience working with natural 4C hair textures. There were about 4–5 stylists there, but none appeared confident with comb twists, even after I showed them a video of the style I wanted. For comb twists, mousse should be used on wet hair, not gel, but that wasn’t the approach they used. Pricing was also a bit unclear. When I asked for the cost, they asked how much I wanted to pay, which felt unprofessional. I paid $50, but there was some confusion as they said I only gave $40. I had my hair done Friday morning, but it started coming out by Saturday night. I called on Sunday to have it fixed and, when I didn’t get a callback on Monday as promised, I went in on Tuesday. I came in for sewin and they slayedddd when I say flatttt braids very neat tracks tightly sew in as I like them every I wanted n I didn’t have to keep directing her and I’m from Harlem now I’m coming to Bronx for any braids or weave everyone was very nice n professional 10/10 i recommend come n get your hair done everybody🥰
